Epicmove is more than exercise! It is a community where people can move their bodies, get their hearts pumping and enjoy being active together.
The importance of regular movement, particularly as people get older and may become more sedentary cannot be over emphasised. She appreciates having a local opportunity to stay active and maintain active wellbeing.

Before I joined here, I used to find it quite discouraging to exercise on my own. But since coming for the Epicmove, I find myself being encouraged because I know that it's not only me.
